Our Story

In the heart of Milan, a stone's throw from the Gambara metro station, Enoteca Gatto is born from the dream of Diana Zerilli, a sommelier, and her husband Pasquale, an agrotechnical expert. It is a small shop of good things, from meats to cheeses, extra virgin olive oil, with wine shop, where you can stop for shopping or to drink something at the bar, maybe at the aperitif, from 6pm to 9pm.
All products are personally selected by the owners, giving priority to the short chain for the satisfaction of customers and curious tasters who take part in their gourmet evenings. A bistro in the heart of Milan, where you can buy and taste, together with wines (with over 300 references), various artisan products of Italian food and wine, such as Lodigiano's zola, Nero's cooked ham from Trieste, historical bitto from Val Gerola, cotechini artisanal products, salamini from Abruzzo, the authentic mostaccioli of Pompeii, panettone by Salvatore Gabbiano.



I love talking about wine, teaching it, describing it, and I love to stir up emotion when I describe its aromas, perfumes, visit the cellars, create wine-food pairings, study the raw materials.
